El Viento

Apartment # 14, El Viento, enjoys the highest elevation of all in the complex.  It is a large two bedroom / two bath with separate servicio; it contains 316 M2 (3403 s.f.).   Each bedroom has a balcony facing La Popa and there is a large terrace off the top floor.  Plans are being drawn for a stairway from this terrace to the top where the views of the entire city as well as the sea can be enjoyed.

Las Terrazas

Lucky # 13, Las Terrazas, is the most private apartment amongst the Residences of San Agustín.  When the elevator stops on the third level, it's your own world.  Turn to the left and you're at the front door to the two bedroom / two bath charmer.  Both the living room and bedroom open out to a terrace that is the width of the apartment and increases your entertaining area appreciably.

The kitchen overlooks the pool, albeit from 3 stories above, and gives the illusion of floating.

Apartment # 5, Cartegena de Indias, is a two bedroom / two bath residence accessed off the main pool.  It has an atrium, opening off the double story living room and a completely separate maid's quarters via a spiral stair from the kitchen.  But the main attraction of Cartegena de Indias is the private garden off the downstairs bedroom and beyond the garden a private jacuzzi.  It contains 316 M2 (3400 s.f.).  Presently Rafael Ortiz is displaying his works throughout Cartegena de Indias including his famous MONEY painting.

La Sorpresa

Apartment # 8, La Sorpresa, is full of surprises indeed!  At 420 M2 (4522 s.f.) it is the largest of the eleven apartments.  From the formal vestibule entrance to all the different levels, views, balconies, spiral staircases, loft, maids quarters and the sensational top terrace...WOW!

Los Frescos

Apartment # 11 is the only one in the complex that during the reconstruction process frescos were discovered on the centuries old walls: hence the name, Los Frescos.  It's a two bedroom / two bath, 225 M2 (2423 s.f.) with balconies off both bedrooms.  Currently the bubbly Aura Maria Mercado is showing her paintings in this unique and historic setting.

La Esquiña

Unit # 7, La Esquiña, is a dramatic two bedroom / two bath on the corner of the building featuring city views up and down Calle de la Universidad from the two balconies fronting the living room.  The other two balconies face the square and are buffered by one of the large almond trees that share the Plaza with Royal Palms, benches and a Juan Valdez Café.  La Esquiña is the temporary gallery of German Quintana whose paintings are featured throughout the 228 M2 (2450 s.f) apartment.

Buena Vista

Apartment # 3, Buena Vista...so named because all windows look out at the main pool making for a lovely view.  Although it is only a 1/1  it is just as charming as the larger apartments in Casa San Agustín.  It is a two level duplex, as are all apartments in the complex, and contains 107 M2
